  • What is myAfroCity?

    myAfroCity is a platform that references businesses and initiatives run by Africans or Afro-descendants in Europe, and allows its users to find them easily.

  • What is the purpose of myAfroCity?

    The goal of myAfroCity is to make it easy for anyone in the world to find businesses of african-descents and activities happening in the afro-community.

  • Is myAfroCity only meant for afro-descendants?

    Absolutely not!

    myAfroCity is accessible to anyone, no matter their country of origin, race, gender, religious belief or sexual orientation.

    We promote businesses and activities of african and african-descents to encourage their participation in the economy, which we see as a key factor to their inclusion in the societies in which they live.

  • In which countries are the listings in myAfroCity located?

    myAfroCity is available in all countries of the world.
    However you will find mainly listings from the main European countries in the App, and also listings from America and Africa.

    The Afro-descendant community in the world is constantly growing. In the long run, myAfroCity wants to reference any initiative of Africans and African descents, regardless of their place of residence.

    To reach this goal we do also count on the support of the Afro-Community. Do not hesitate to send us businesses or initiatives you think should be listed on myAfroCity.

  • How much does it cost to use myAfroCity?

    1. Downloading the myAfroCity mobile application is free.
    2. The use of myAfroCity is completely free of charge for private users, i.e. for users who do not have listings in the application.
    3. Professional users, who wish to list their business, event or advertisement in the application, must choose between four subscription packages, of which 1 is free of charge and 3 are paid subscriptions (the price of which varies according to the extent of the functionalities offered).

  • What is the purpose of a subscription?

    It is mandatory to subscribe to a subscription package in order to create a listing in the myAfroCity application.

    Depending on the subscription package chosen, the business user has access to more or less functionality of the application.

    Four subscription packages are available:
    # FREE: All the basic features for businesses that are just getting started.
    # ESSENTIALS: Must-have features for businesses that want to increase their customer base
    # PROFESSIONALS: Solid set of features and marketing services for confirmed businesses seeking to improve their customer targeting
    # PREMIUM: Advanced features and marketing services for professionals and marketing managers seeking to increase the reach of their business and improve interaction with tcustomers and business partners

    The choice is left to the user to select the subscription package that fits their marketing needs.

    It is possible to upgrade the chosen subscription package at any time, in order to adapt it to the changing marketing needs of your company
